The ProChem® I is primarily used in industrial and tank cleaning, for inspection work and by fire and rescue services. Elasticated sleeves, legs and hood as well as an elasticated waist ensure an optimum fit and the generously cut crotch area provides optimum freedom of movement. The ergonomic hood and the raised double cover flap with Velcro fastening over the zipper up to the chin offer additional protection. Elastic thumb loops prevent the sleeves from riding up when working overhead.
The suit is made from Tychem F, which is a lightweight, durable material that provides a high barrier against the permeation of a wide range of chemicals and protects the wearer from numerous organic and highly concentrated inorganic chemicals. It is also antistatic.
Furthermore, the suit is equipped with ergonomic boot socks for a more comfortable fit, as well as better protection of the feet inside the shoes and a drip edge for safe draining of liquids.
Fixed ANSELL Barrier laminate gloves with a protective cuff complete the suit and provide an anatomical fit and protection against an extremely wide range of chemicals and liquids.
